Shipping and Returns
All candles are handpoured and ship out with 4- 14 business days. Some items may take longer depending on the items selected. Orders are shipped out via Canada Post or FedEx.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us!.
We accept returns on all unused items within 10 days of original delivery. Shipping charges apply unless the item is defective or store error.
Natura Soylights will not accept returns for damages incurred during shipping or on used products.
Our candle guarantee: If you follow all the burn instructions properly and your candle does not burn all the way through, we will replace your candle.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) and debit thru PayPal. You no longer need to setup a Paypal account to checkout.
